The cold front we’ve been talking about all week will finally arrive Saturday, and it will definitely make its presence felt.
The morning will start warm and muggy, and as the day goes on rain chances increase. If you have outdoor activities you need to do, we recommend getting them done before 2:00 p.m.
We could get rain off and on throughout the day Saturday, but the main line of strong thunderstorms arrives around 10:00 p.m. Flooding is possible, with 1″ to 4″ of rain falling in a short amount of time. We also have a severe weather threat with hail and damaging winds possible.
Be sure to have the Click2Houston or KPRC 2+ apps downloaded to your phone so you can get real-time weather alerts and watch extended live coverage of our storm threat on the go.
